1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the hjzy online gaming platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). hjzy is committed to providing a safe and reliable digital gaming environment.

1.1 Applicability

These Terms apply to hjzy's website, mobile platform, and all services provided through them. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are also an inseparable part of these Terms and carry the same legal obligations.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on hjzy, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. hjzy reserves the right to verify age at any time, and any account found to have provided false information will be immediately closed.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each member may operate only one hjzy account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the forfeiture of all associated accounts and their balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. hjzy may request a national identity card or other documents for verification purposes. Providing false information will result in account closure, and any pending payments may be cancelled.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the hjzy support team immediately. hjzy will not be held responsible for any compromise of account security.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on hjzy are processed through fully secure SSL encryption. Accepted payment methods are listed below.

3.1 Deposit Policy

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If a deposit is not confirmed for any reason, please contact our support team. When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method through which the deposit was made. hjzy may request additional information for identity verification if needed, which may cause a delay in processing the withdrawal.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on hjzy are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

hjzy offers new members a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳10,000. For example — a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; or a deposit of ৳22,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, bringing the total balance to ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• The bonus can be claimed only once per member.
• hjzy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If evidence of promotion abuse is found, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

hjzy is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. All games operated on the platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hjzy:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or misconduct.
• Exploiting software or technical glitches.
• Attempting to access other members' accounts.
• Money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Use of automated bots or third-party software.
• Deliberately causing technical problems in the system.

5.3 Finality of Game Results

Game results are final and binding. In the case of an uncertain outcome due to a technical fault, hjzy reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the wager.

6 VIP Program

hjzy's VIP program has five tiers in total. Each tier offers various benefits including weekly cashback. Tier changes are made based on a member's gaming activity.

VIP benefits may change at any time at hjzy's discretion. Cashback benefits are paid in cash with no additional wagering requirement, however hjzy may specify different conditions for special promotions.

7 Responsible Gaming

hjzy gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. Gaming should always be for entertainment purposes — never as an alternative source of income.

7.1 Member Responsibilities

• Avoid increasing bets to recover losses.
• Do not treat gaming as a source of livelihood.

8 Intellectual Property

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hjzy is not liable for:

• Losses caused by a member's own negligence or misconduct.
• Losses resulting from internet disconnection or other technical issues.
• Losses caused by the actions of third parties.
• Service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure).

hjzy always maintains the highest technical standards and strives to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform.

10 Account Closure & Termination

10.1 At the Member's Request

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the hjzy support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

10.2 By hjzy's Authority

hjzy may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Serious violation of these Terms.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Evidence of fraud or manipulation.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion of money laundering.

13 Severability & Entire Agreement
